What’s included with TerraHealthRX?
Your TerraHealthRX program includes a prescription for GLP-1 medication (if medically qualified), unlimited virtual visits with licensed clinicians, and a four-week supply of medication delivered every month. Our all-inclusive pricing model means no hidden fees, no separate membership costs, and the price you see includes your medication, support, and ongoing medical care.
What can I expect after I sign up?
After completing your health intake questionnaire, a licensed TerraHealthRX clinician will carefully review your information and determine if an appointment is needed.
If approved for treatment, your prescription will be processed and you’ll receive tracking updates via text and/or email once your medication ships. Each shipment includes a four-week supply of medication.
You’ll have continuous access to our care team for any questions or support. To avoid a lapse in treatment, complete your refill form once you’ve taken your third dose.
If you have any concerns about your progress, side effects, or dosage, you can schedule a complimentary consultation with a clinician at any time.
Do you require insurance?
No insurance is required. TerraHealthRX offers transparent, self-pay pricing with no surprise costs. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as HSA and FSA payments.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your TerraHealthRX subscription at any time—there are no long-term contracts or commitments.
Our program runs on a flexible month-to-month basis. If you’re found ineligible for treatment, you’ll receive a 100% refund, and your video consultation will be free of charge.
Please note that once you’re approved and a prescription has been written and sent to the pharmacy (for the initial or any subsequent month), refunds are no longer available.
To cancel, simply log into your TerraHealthRX portal and select “Cancel Plan” under your Profile settings.
