The provider may not have access to your full medical history or be able to perform physical exams (e.g., palpation, auscultation)
In emergencies, telehealth is not appropriate—call 911 or seek immediate in-person care
Technical failures may result in loss of data or inability to complete the visit
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
All telehealth services comply with HIPAA regulations to protect your protected health information (PHI). We use secure, encrypted technology.
